Major casino properties in Las Vegas and Mississippi recorded several high-value table games jackpots during the final weeks of 2025 and the beginning of 2026. These payouts spanned a variety of disciplines, including blackjack, pai gow poker, and progressive poker variants.
A significant win occurred at Caesars Palace on the Las Vegas Strip, where a guest secured a $169,607 payout while playing blackjack. This six-figure win was one of the largest reported for the classic card game during the holiday season. Nearby at Harrah’s Las Vegas, another major event took place on December 15, 2025, when a visitor from Yorba Linda, California, hit a poker jackpot totaling $104,234.
The momentum continued into the new year at off-Strip and local venues. South Point Hotel Casino and Spa reported multiple large table games jackpots. On December 21, 2025, an Arizona resident won $224,376 after landing a seven-card straight flush on a pai gow poker table. The hand consisted of a club flush from six to queen and utilized a joker as the jack of clubs. This win included a $219,376 progressive prize and a $5,000 fortune bonus. Just a few days later, on Christmas Eve, another player at South Point hit a pai gow progressive for a substantial amount.
In early 2026, the Palms Casino Resort saw one of the year’s first major table games jackpots when a local player won $576,540 on January 7. The win was achieved on a face up pai gow poker table with a 10-high diamonds straight flush. On the same day, a guest at Durango Casino and Resort hit a $56,000 royal flush while playing three card poker.
Outside of Nevada, the Golden Moon Casino in Mississippi reported a significant win of $350,626. Other Las Vegas properties contributing to the recent surge in table games jackpots included Virgin Hotels Las Vegas, which paid out $26,000 to a lucky guest, and Resorts World Las Vegas, where a video poker player hit a $1.2 million jackpot. These payouts underscore a period of high volatility and major wins for enthusiasts of strategic card games and progressive table titles across the gaming industry.
