Caesars Entertainment has officially introduced the Caesars Rewards Shop, a new in-app feature designed specifically for the Caesars Palace Online Casino platform. This launch marks a significant expansion of the company’s loyalty program, providing digital players with more ways to utilize their earned credits directly within the mobile gaming environment.
The new feature is currently available to users in New Jersey, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia. It allows members of the loyalty program to redeem their credits for bonus spins on a variety of eligible online slot titles. This is the first time the company has offered a direct redemption path for bonus spins within the app, adding to the existing options such as converting credits into casino bonus cash.
According to company officials, the initiative is part of a broader strategy to further integrate the digital gaming experience with the traditional benefits of the rewards program. While the shop introduces new digital redemption methods, the underlying value of the credits remains consistent across the entire enterprise. Members can still choose to use their credits for traditional rewards, including hotel stays, dining, and entertainment at more than 50 physical destinations throughout North America.
Matthew Sunderland, Senior Vice President and Chief iGaming Officer at Caesars Digital, stated that the launch of the shop is a step toward aligning the online platforms with the established rewards ecosystem. He noted that the goal is to provide players with more flexibility and to make the loyalty currency work harder for them as they engage with the games on the Caesars Palace Online Casino app.
The Caesars Rewards Shop is accessible through the rewards center of the application on both iOS and Android devices, as well as via desktop for users in the four active U.S. jurisdictions. Although the casino platform also operates in Ontario, the specific rewards shop feature is currently limited to the regulated U.S. markets.
The introduction of the shop follows a period of growth for the digital division of the company, which recently reported record quarterly revenues. By strengthening the connection between online play and physical property benefits, the company aims to maintain its position in the competitive iGaming market while leveraging its extensive network of land-based resorts and casinos.
