Red Rock Resorts has officially completed the primary phase of its initial expansion at Durango Las Vegas, unveiling a new high limit slot room and a multi-level parking structure. The additions represent a significant investment in the southwest valley property, which has seen high demand since its debut in late 2023. These new facilities opened to the public on December 15, 2025, marking the conclusion of a project designed to increase gaming capacity and improve guest accessibility.
The new high limit slot room at Durango Las Vegas spans over 8,000 square feet and features 120 slot machines. This dedicated gaming area includes 30 brand new game titles that are making their debut at the property. The space is designed with a focus on luxury, offering both indoor and outdoor lounge areas for guests. To provide a high level of service, the room includes a dedicated cage for financial transactions and a personalized guest service team. The amenity also features an exclusive cocktail bar with a specialized menu of signature drinks.
In addition to the premium gaming space, Durango Las Vegas has addressed growing attendance by opening a new south parking garage. The structure adds nearly 2,000 covered parking spaces to the resort, bringing the total parking capacity closer to the needs of the expanding facility. Located off Maule Avenue, the garage provides direct access to the casino floor and utilizes upgraded signage to facilitate traffic flow. As is standard with all Station Casinos properties, the parking remains complimentary for all visitors and guests.
This expansion follows a recent increase in the general gaming floor size by 6,000 square feet, which added 100 machines earlier in November. David Horn, the general manager of Durango Las Vegas, stated that these upgrades are intended to provide a more convenient and elevated experience for the local market. The company is already planning for future growth, with a much larger phase currently in the early stages of development. That upcoming project is expected to include a bowling center, a movie theater, and additional hotel rooms to further establish the property as a regional hub for entertainment and hospitality in the southwest part of the city.
