Recent weeks have seen a surge in Las Vegas jackpots across several properties, with guests turning modest wagers into six-figure payouts. These wins spanned both traditional slot machines and table game progressives, highlighting a diverse range of gaming successes for both locals and visitors.

At South Point Hotel Casino and Spa, the holiday season was marked by a significant table game victory. On Christmas Eve, a local guest playing Face Up Pai Gow Poker hit a seven-card straight flush. This rare hand triggered a progressive jackpot totaling 76,980 dollars. In addition to the main prize, the player collected a 6,000 dollar Fortune bonus, resulting in a total payout of nearly 83,000 dollars.

Virgin Hotels Las Vegas also reported a cluster of wins during the same period. Between late December and mid-January, four different guests secured notable Las Vegas jackpots. The series of wins began with a 20,451 dollar payout on a Buffalo Ultimate Stampede machine from a 75-cent bet. This was followed by a unique double win by a single guest who hit jackpots on a Huff and Even More Puff slot machine twice in three days, winning 23,321 dollars and 22,612 dollars respectively. Most recently, a guest named Stoyan won 11,226 dollars on a Kong Skull Island machine, while another player named Burton secured 15,486 dollars on a Dragon Cash Grand machine.

The winning streak extended to the Palms Casino Resort, which celebrated its first major jackpot of 2026. Brett C., a visitor from Nebraska, was playing the Huff and Even More Puff slot machine when he triggered a Grand Jackpot. On a 20 dollar bet, he won 104,277 dollars. This victory followed a successful 2025 at the property, which included a million-dollar slot win during the summer.

All of the winners at Virgin Hotels and the Palms were members of their respective property rewards programs, Cherry Rewards and Club Serrano. These recent Las Vegas jackpots continue a trend of high-value payouts at off-strip and local-favorite resorts.
